i like how your images' subjects are people, it's a nice change. however i think that some of the images could be a little crisper.
I think a couple of your images could use a bit more white values. Also I really enjoyed your candid images with multiple subjects interacting.
Images look a little gray this week but I LOVE the little boy
I appreciate the commercial quality of a lot of your photos. You have a great handle on the technical aspect so I'd like to see you experiment with conceptually framing your shots if that makes sense.
